How it all began.

Puku Pizza Delivery is the creative brainchild of M'uru N'jaeda, together with her delivery Chocobo Swiftwind, and ever-loyal kitten sidekick, Puku. A Limsan native, M'uru knew the importance that delivery played in a bustling port city connected by several islands. After serving as a package courier for several years, she decided to exchange mail envelopes and parcels for something more edible (and tasty): pizza! Right from the start, her tomato and cheese flavoured flatbreads proved instantly popular with customers—and as word spread around, folks from all across the land were looking to get a slice of Puku Pizza.

The winding road from Limsa Lominsa to Summerford Farms was M'uru's first ever delivery run for Puku Pizza.

Founder and head chef of Puku Pizza, M'uru is the captain of the ship—the top cat, if you will, who manages everything. Delivery or baking, she does it all with a smile!

Okuyo Azhnik

Okuyo Azhnik is the third of Puku Pizza's Pirates, hailing all the way from Ilsabard and Kugane. This jovial Hrothgar is ever happy to serve, making sure the parlour's patrons feel like royalty!

Puku Pirates come and go, and this space is reserved for past employees who, for one reason or another, have set sail for distant shores. While they may no longer work at Puku Pizza, their every contribution will always be remembered.

Cordelia Harper

Cordelia Harper was the second of Puku Pizza's Pirates and its first mate, a position she served with distinction. Ultimately, however, she felt her passions led elsewhere and has now moved on to other endeavours.

Bullet Hughes

Bullet Hughes was the fourth—and oldest—of the Puku Pirates, a military veteran who brought years of battlefield experience to his job as one of the company's speedy pizza deliverers. Feeling his time had passed, he hung up his apron for good and retired to Gyr Abania to live out his remaining years in peace.

Important regulations to mind when inside of our parlour.

Here at Puku Pizza, we strive to create a stress-free and fun environment for our patrons whilst they enjoy their orders. As such, we have a few rules for everyone to abide by, which are as follows.

In-Character (IC) rules.

Rule 1.) No weapons.

While Puku Pizza understands that Eorzea—and beyond—can be a perilous place, the presence of weapons can make some of our patrons very uneasy, especially those with children. Therefore, customers are asked to leave their armaments outside the parlour before coming in.

Rule 2.) Wear appropriate clothing.

We feel this should be common sense but needs to be stated anyway: customers are advised to come sensibly dressed—no shoes, no shirt, no service. This also goes for anything risque or too attention-grabbing.

Rule 3.) Mind your language.

Casual conversation is more than welcome at our parlour, including with our staff—it's partly what we're famous for! With that said, we ask that patrons mind what they say and avoid any... "colourful" language. This goes doubly so for particularly adult words/topics: no one needs to be made privy of the things you do in your private time.

Rule 4.) No bigotry.

Puku Pizza Delivery has a zero-tolerance policy regarding prejudice, bigotry and discrimination. Patrons who openly display such attitudes will be asked to leave and be punished with a one (1) month suspension from our services; repeat offenders will be permanently banned.

Rule 5.) Serious orders ONLY.

This applies mainly to delivery requests but is applicable otherwise: when ordering from Puku Pizza, please be serious about your request(s). "Humorous" orders (like prank calls) waste our time and resources, and those who attempt such will receive one warning before being permanently banned.

Out-of-Character (OOC) rules.

Rule 1.) Maintain Immersion.

Puku Pizza is, first and foremost, a role-playing space in Final Fantasy XIV's universe. As a common courtesy, players are asked to remain in-character at all times and avoid doing/mentioning anything that would shatter other players' immersion.

Rule 2.) No trolling.

This ties into our first OOC rule, but deserves its own section: attempting to distract or inconvenience other patrons and staff will be considered trolling and is thus not tolerated.

Rule 3.) Avoid sensitive subjects.
